Bernardo Gamboa, Managing Partner
Civil Engineer from Universidad de los Andes, with a master’s degree in project management – MPM from Northwestern University. C-level executive of engineering and construction companies, with more than 32 years of experience.
From the beginning of his professional career Mr. Gamboa developed significant professional experience in managing capital investment projects, from the strategic planning consultancy to project management. In 2003 Mr. Gamboa started his C-level experience as CEO of engineering and construction companies, showing great ability to lead family businesses in transition to corporate governance structures and to lead the definition and implementation of growth strategies in the Latam Market. In the companies he led, Mr. Gamboa played an important role in M&A, corporate reorganization, and international expansion through co-investments and alliance development.
Knowing first-hand the needs in the industry for innovation and use of technology to improve productivity, cashflow and processes, and being passionate about technology adoption Mr. Gamboa is mentor and investor in early stages in Contech startups in Latam.
Carlos E. Sosa, Managing Partner
Seasoned engineer and construction executive with a 33-year track record in the global construction industry. A trailblazer in integrating cutting-edge technology with construction, driving projects from conception to successful realization.
BS and MSc in Civil Engineering from MIT
Mr. Sosa is an advocate in the technology-driven construction realm:
• Spearheading technology-driven contract administration and management • Harnessing technology for advanced claim development and analysis • Leveraging data-driven schedule and delay analysis • Applying technology in cost impact analysis and documentation • Incorporating technology in the evaluation and selection of contracts for specific projects.
Enrique Cruz, Partner
Civil Engineer with over 28 years of experience in the field of engineering. In 2007, he assumed the role of CEO at CyD Ingeniería (CyD), one of the most prominent engineering services companies in Chile, with specialization in project management and technical inspection of major infrastructure projects in Chile and other Latin American countries.
Currently, he serves as the Executive Chairman of CyD, President of the Social Union of Businessmen, Executives and Christian Entrepreneurs (USEC), and also holds positions as a board member in various social and business institutions.
He graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed the Executive Program in Strategy and Organization (EPSO) at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Throughout his career, Enrique Cruz has been recognized for:
